Believe You Can Change
Posted October 19, 2012
PEOPLE who believe they can change their lives are healthier, a
study reveals.
Researchers analyzed the diet, exercise and personality type of
7,000 people. They found those who believe life can be changed by
their own actions ate healthier food, exercised more, smoked less
and avoided binge drinking.
Study organizer Prof. Deborah Cobb-Clark, of Melbourne, Australia, said those who put their faith in fate are likelier to be unhealthy.
